1.Dough mixer

lThis equipment is used for dough mixing.After the kneading,rolling and folding process,dough has a smooth surface with good elasticity,toughness and extensibility.It is suitable for both hard and soft biscuit. The mixing beaning is designed that seal is separated from the bearing to prevent the grease from contaminating the dough in case of broken seal.

2.Dough Cutting and Sending machine

lThis machine use for cutting and sending the dough to the forming machine hopper.

3.Horizontal Rotary molder

lRotary moulder is used in making soft biscuit.After dough crushed by roller then go through moulder to forming.The distance between feeding roller and biscuit moulds is adjustable.

4.Cookie Machine

lThis machine can make wire-cut and deposit cookie,different shape just need to change mold.

This machine can make single color,two color,three color cookie,control by servo motor.

5.Electric or gas oven

lHot-air circulation electrical or gas baking oven is used electricity or gas as energy.The heating elements is far infrared heated tubes or combustion rod.

lThis equipment used in spraying oil onto biscuit.It makes the biscuit has shine color.Taste more crispy.It is adopt pressure atomization system,it can spray oil onto biscuit both size.

9.Cooling conveyor

lCooling conveyor is used for biscuit cooling naturally after bake,with Pneumatic tension device and belt automatic aligning system.

10.Stacker

lStacker is used for stacking biscuit,use star wheel and discrepancy device enable the biscuit coming into rows and transport to packaging table for pack.
