Main parst of Wafer Production Line
1. Batter Mixer for the Wafer Biscuit Dough
This makes the batter for the system to produce the wafers. Steel food quality material.
Capacity of the batter will be 25kgs of flour per batch which can
be converted into about 65 kg batter within 5 minutes of mixing.
2. Wafer Baking Oven, Power source can be use Electricity or Gas.
This is very important equipment in the wafer production line.
Baking plate size 470mm×325mm .

3. Horizontal or Vertical Door Cooling Tower
This machine raises the wafer sheets to have natural cooling.
This is an improved system according to your requirement increasing
width & height of the carry arms.
All parts that contact the food are made out of Stainless steel.
4.Cream spreading machine with roller heating system
Spreading cream on surface of wafer sheet by pressing roller.
The cream hopper with heating device keeping the hopper
temperature.
5. Cooling Cabinet&Cooling Compressor
This cooler adopts refrigeration compressors which working with
cold water (4ºC)
The inside temperature can be adjusted from 0ºC to 8ºC
It is used for cooling the laminated wafers with cream filled,
whole shell are made of Stainless steel
6. Cutting Machine Knife Cut Type
The cutting size can be continently adjustable.
This machine is pneumatically handled so that the smooth transfer
through the machine is ensured.
7. Wafer Packing System
Full Automatic to pack the Wafer Biscuit , Connect to the Wafer
Cutting Machine .
